Photos: Flooding at WIR near Kaukauna

Heavy rain flooded Wisconsin International Raceway near Kaukauna and closed Outagamie County KK on Wednesday morning, forcing the postponement of the Pyrotechnics Guild International fireworks show to Thursday night.
