Court rejects Oneidas' land claim in NY

A federal appeals court ruled Monday that the Oneida IndianNation isn't entitled to 250,000 acres in upstate New York orcompensation for the aboriginal land it claimed was illegallypurchased by the state in the 18th and 19th centuries.
